Job Responsibilities :
- Collect all data from all departments involved in the sales process for the monthly sales report.
- Direct assistance to the Sales manager in administrative work.
- Work closely to the marketing and customer service team to look at competitors and customer feedback and be able to track our market share and level of customer satisfaction.
- Managing the flow of information in a timely manner to between the divisions that make up the input, operating and output sales process.
Qualifications :
- 1:2 years of experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- Very good in English language.
- Analytical thinking.
- Communication skills.
- Time management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
- Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests.
- Negotiating the final price for the sale.
- Selling accessories or other services once a vehicle has been chosen.
- Completing the paperwork for each sale.
- Helping to increase the customer database and prospecting potential sales.
- Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
Qualifications :
- 1:2 years of experience.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid experience in planning, account development, and time management.
- Good command in the English language.
- Presentation skills.
- Prospecting skills.
