New Citroën C3’s attitude and style are evolving towards more power and give a natural force to the car. Its powerful forms highlighted by new graphic elements take a page from the SUV rulebook.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Limits on passenger luggage are a thing of the past since Citroën C3 Aircross SUV has the largest boot in the segment. The boot’s standard volume of 410 litres can be increased to 520 litres thanks to the split rear sliding seats. The boot is easily accessible via the large-opening tailgate and benefits from a low loading sill. Total load volume with the rear seats folded down is an impressive 1,289 litres. Strong on everyday practicality, Citroën C3 Aircross SUV also features a removable luggage shelf that can be stored in a vertical position behind the rear bench for transporting tall objects A further ingenious touch is the dual-height mobile boot floor which provides a flat floor when the rear seats are folded down.
With the large glazed area (almost one metre in length inside the cabin) and wide opening, the cabin is exceptionally bright and airy, creating a sensation of well-being, whether the roof is uncovered or closed. Each journey becomes an experience in its own right. Two intuitive electric buttons let the driver reveal the glass roof or adjust the blind in order to regulate the level of brightness inside the cabin.
Citroën C3 Aircross SUV features intuitive connectivity. Compatible smartphone apps are accessible from the 7″ touch screen through the Mirror Screen function, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The tyre pressure monitoring system continuously monitors all four tyres and informs the driver if the pressure of any of them is too low. The system measures the pressure of each of the four wheels using sensors located on each tyre, and transmits the information to the central control unit. If one of the tyres drops below its pre-set pressure level, a message flashes up on the multifunction screen, and a warning beep sounds. The system detects any under-inflation that could have an adverse impact on the stability of the vehicle and the safety of the driver or passengers. In addition to improving safety, this function also encourages the driver to check tyres regularly.
With its tall, ingenious layout, Citroën C3 Aircross SUV combines class leading interior space with exceptional comfort: 5 seats with generous leg and head room. For full modularity, as an option, the front passenger seat can be folded to increase the load length to 2.4 metres.
The Citroën C3 boasts a high-performance and efficient latest-generation engine certified according to the Euro 6 emissions standard: 3-cylinder (PureTech 110 S&S 6-speed Automatic gearbox).
